We are offering a position in a specialized team, that is responsible for cross-functional life reinsurance back-office processes, including technical, communication, cash flow and reporting aspects.

Our reliability and the cooperation with our globally acting market experts, which are specialized in non-traditional life and variable annuities reinsurance solutions, are the keys to our success.


Responsibilities:

  • Agree and monitor deliverables and deadlines with internal and external partners
  • Prepare statements of account, collateral and other reports sent to ceding companies including consistency checks
  • Produce booking orders (via upload files) and assist corresponding cash flow monitoring
  • Maintain, improve and document accounting, collateral and reporting processes for reinsurance transactions
  • Support closing processes and other regular reporting activities
  • Help prepare portfolio analyses

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education
  • Sound knowledge of life reinsurance
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of reinsurance treaty lifecycle management
  • Strong client responsiveness and ability to communicate with clients and partners all over the world
  • Good technical, analytical and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of SAP / similar systems or relevant accounting or reporting experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, reliably and consistently
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English
