MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- You provide, lead, and supervise various activities for the Extracurricular department. You also maintain and update communication with the department and CDL parents attending the programs.
- You will work from Monday to Friday from 3.00 p.m. for a total of 16 hours per week, and from 12 p.m. on Wednesdays.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading sports activities
- Supervising and coordinating activities with external providers on and offcampus
- Maintaining and updating communication, reacting promptly in emergencies
- Maintaining and updating administrative tools
- Participating in periodical
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Language: fluent both in English and French
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
