Pour accompagner la transformation de son expérience client **pour devenir leader de son industrie dans ce domaine,** TAG Heuer recherche pour piloter son département** **basé à Eysins** **gérant les solutions digitales et omni-canales, son futur:
**IS&T Omnichannel and digital experience solution director (F/H)**

**Missions**:
Directement rattaché au DSI, vous gérez une équipe de 8 personnes qui assure le pilotage des solutions utilisées pour:

- la gestion de l'expérience en boutique
- la gestion des activités de CRM : analyse client, gestion de campagne marketing
- La gestion des activités de service client par téléphone
- La gestion de l'expérience en wholesale

Vous agissez en **véritable partenaire du business** et de vos pairs en tant que **« Product manager IS&T » du domaine digital et omnicanal**. Vous définissez une vision stratégique de l'évolution technologique de votre domaine en lien étroit avec la stratégie d'évolution métier.

Grâce à votre **excellente connaissance des solutions** qui peuvent être utilisées tant dans le domaine **digital qu'omnicanal** et à **votre expérience des transformation**s, vous pilotez la transformation des solutions utilisées dans ce domaine en vous appuyant sur **les méthodologies agiles **déployées à l'échelle au sein de TAG Heuer.

Dans ce contexte vos principales missions comprennent:

- Définir la stratégie d'évolution technologique du domaine et suivre son exécution : définition de l'architecture du domaine, choix des solutions technologiques
- Piloter les différentes équipes pour le déploiement des solutions en coordination avec les acteurs métier
- Assurer la qualité de services des solutions du domaine : support niveau 2 et 3, disponibilité des solutions, temps de réponses, satisfaction des utilisateurs
- Piloter les fournisseurs des solutions (éditeurs, intégrateurs, exploitants) : monitoring de la qualité du service rendu, gestion des commandes et de la facturation, animation des comités de pilotage
- Gestion humaine de l'équipe : répartition des missions entre les collaborateurs, accompagnement de l'évolution des collaborateurs (plan de formation et de carrière), définition et évaluation des objectifs
**De formation supérieure (Master ou équivalent) en Informatique, vous avez **au minimum 15 d'expérience dans les domaines digitaux et omni-canaux**, avec notamment le pilotage de transformations importantes dans des contextes similaires.

Vous avez une **très bonne compréhension des enjeux métier** qui fait de vous un véritable business partner.

Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et vous maitrisez parfaitement l'anglais.

Vous avez une **grande expérience de management** avec une forte capacité à fédérer et à développer ses collaborateurs (compétences de coaching)

Vous avez déjà travaillé en utilisant **les méthodes agiles et des framework de type SAFE** et vous **n'avez pas peur de faire vous-même**.
