Missions:

  • TAG Heuer Indirect Purchasing
Following the decision to develop the Indirect Purchasing organization at TAG Heuer HQ, take in charge the Marketing category to accompany stakeholders to challenge the need, optimize the budget, manage the risk, create synergies with other Maisons


Marketing category includes Media, Social Media, Content, Events, Ambassadors, PR, Brand management and Sponsoring, the current spend of the Marketing category is more than 30 M€.

The spend is partially covered by LVMH contracts.

Help the Switzerland Purchasing Coordinator in the implementation of the procurement solutions and synergies throughout the Group entities located in Switzerland, for Indirect categories, such as General Expenditure, Marketing & Communication, HR, Industrial Operations or Services.


LVMH has more than 10 Maisons located in Switzerland, including HQ (3), manufactures, administrative offices and boutiques, with over 3.000 employees.


Main tasks:

  • Increase the spend coverage on Marketing categories with new contracts, negotiations
  • Deploy a complete and secure purchasing process for the services of the categories concerned (internal brief, RFQ, execution / delivery of the service)
  • Negotiate the commercial conditions and guarantee the achievement by suppliers / agencies of the economic, qualitative, and timing objectives defined for the services of its portfolio
  • Prepare and lead the rating of the key partners on an annual basis
  • Constantly seek cost optimizations and manage their proper deployment
  • Identify procurement synergies between Maisons in Switzerland
  • Teamup with the adhoc representatives in the affiliates, assess the needs, be a leading force in identifying procurement synergies, designing solutions, and implementing them
  • Organize and lead regular steering committee meetings, involving CFOs/Controllers, HR top representatives, procurement managers, and gain their support for and collaboration with LVMH purchasing projects
  • Instigate and lead global projects in line with Corporate Strategy, such as Supplier Sustainability actions
  • Help the Switzerland Purchasing Coordinator to propose a strategic plan, and monitor its successful rollout in the country (or globally as the case may be)
  • Manage actively existing LVMH purchasing contracts already negotiated locally
  • Promote LVMH agreements in Switzerland
  • Ensure that the affiliates participate in Group contracts, ensure that the results are aligned with business needs, regularly assess the benefits/savings generated, identify solutions to maximize these benefits as business needs evolve
  • Identify opportunities for LVMH purchasing solutions, launch and manage RFPs and tenderofoffers, ensure effective implementation of Group solutions and monitor results.
  • Regularly inform and promote to the Switzerland Purchasing Coordinator about his/her activities and the results achieved

Location, reporting line:

He/she will report locally to the TAG Heuer Indirect Purchasing Manager / LVMH Switzerland Purchasing Coordinator.

The position is based in Eysins, Switzerland, within TAG Heuer central purchasing department. He/she will travel regularly in Switzerland where Maisons are located and occasionally to Paris.

  • Minimum 3year experience in indirect purchasing with a coordination mission,
  • Knowledge of Marketing categories (Media, Social Media, Content, Events, Ambassadors, PR, Brand management and Sponsoring)
  • Experience of, or at mínima, serious interest in the Luxury industry and/or selective distribution
  • French and English speaker
  • BA or MA in International Purchasing
  • Ability to build robust relationship with TAG Heuer stakeholders and Maisons in Switzerland
  • Experience of working in a multicultural, complex, and decentralized global organization
  • Robust experience to federate the Maisons and enlist them successfully into LVMH purchasing projects
