Als Praktikant:In oder Thesis-Student:In im Bereich am Unternehmens-Hauptsitz in Liechtenstein werden Sie mit uns in die Herzen der Produktion und Prozesse unserer hochwertigen Produkte eintauchen. Sie werden Teil von unseren kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen, Qualitätsabsicherung sowie Realisierung von Industrie 4.0. Dabei gehört es zu Ihren Aufgaben, Innovationen und Technologien von Industrie 4.0 in Use-Cases umzusetzen, um die Qualität unserer Produkte mit den höchsten Standards abzusichern und Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren.

Start flexibel je nach Verfügbarkeit des Studierenden.
Dauer 4-6 Monate mit der Option auf Verlängerung

WAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN?

Als PraktikantIn in unserer Abteilung sind Sie Teil eines kompetenten und vielfältigen Teams, das in unterschiedlichen Bereichen tätig ist. Das Praktikum gibt Einblick in das Produktportfolio der Direktbefestigung, Diamantschneidkörper
- und Metalldübelfertigung. Es erwarten Sie Technologien zur Kaltmassivumformung, Wärmebehandlungen, sowie Montage und Verpackungsprozesse, um für unsere Kunden Produkte von höchster Qualität herzustellen. Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Experten aus Engineering, Entwicklung und Produktion zusammen, um Prozesse zu verbessern und eigene Projekte entlang des gesamten Wertstroms voranzutreiben

Wir geben Ihnen die Werkzeuge, die Sie brauchen, um das Beste aus dem Praktikum rauszuholen, dies beinhaltet u.a. auch ein 1:1 Coaching. Während dem Praktikum bekommen Sie die Möglichkeit eigene Projekte zu leiten und sind Teil eines interkulturellen Teams, in dem Autonomie und Kollegialität grossgeschrieben ist.

Sie sind bei uns keine Hilfskraft, sondern übernehmen als vollständig integriertes Teammitglied ab dem ersten Tag wertvolle Projektverantwortung. Wir unterstützen Sie und geben Ihnen den Freiraum, um Ihre Praktikumsziele zu verwirklichen.

Vor Ihrem Praktikumsstart geben wir Ihnen wertvolle Tipps für den Umzug und helfen bei der Integration in der Region. Mit der internationalen Praktikant:Innen Community bei Hilti wird Ihnen bestimmt nie langweilig. Zusätzlich laden Sie die mit Schnee bedeckten Berge, kristallklare Seen und schöne Landschaften im Rheintal für viele verschiedene Outdooraktivitäten zu jeder Jahreszeit ein.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

- Bachelor oder Master Student:In in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau und Management, Qualitätsmanagement, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Proaktivität und "Hands-on"-Attitude
- Ausgeprägte EDV-Kenntnisse einschließlich Umgang mit MS Office
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, fließend Deutsch, Englisch verhandlungssicher
- Strategisches Vorgehen und gute Problemlösungskompetenz mit starkem Selbstmanagement runden Ihr Profil ab
