- Réaliser les projets de conception dans les délais, les budgets, le respect des spécifications techniques de nos clients et les limites contractuelles.
- Assurer le rôle de référent technique pour les activités du département.
- Organiser le contrôle des documents et optimiser la rédaction des dossiers.
- Participer activement aux démarches commerciales.
- Gérer et planifier l'utilisation des ressources du département.
- Animer une équipe technique spécialisée, soutenir la dynamique de travail et la motivation des collaborateurs qui s'identifient à l'Entreprise.
- Former et maintenir vos employés à la pointe des évolutions technologiques.
- Offrir à votre personnel retours d'expérience et informations.
- Rendre les méthodes de conception toujours plus fiables et efficaces.
- Etablir et respecter le budget. Rechercher des économies.
- S'assurer de la disponibilité de logiciels performants.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur EPF, ou équivalent, dans le domaine de la mécanique ou des structures mécanosoudées.
- Vous justifiez au minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine industriel, si possible dans une position équivalente, et de préférence en mécanique dans le domaine spatial.
- Grâce à votre expérience et votre confiance, vous comprenez les besoins des clients.
- Vous êtes une référence technique. Vous proposez des solutions efficaces et convaincantes. Vous orientez et optimisez les conceptions et faites adhérer votre équipe.
- Vous avez de l'expérience dans la rédaction de documents techniques et administratifs.
- Vos capacités organisationnelles sont reconnues et vous êtes rigoureux.
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement les logiciels de conception (CATIA de préférence) et le pack MS-Office. Vous êtes habitué à travailler avec un ERP.
- Excellent communicateur en français et en anglais (oral et écrit).
- Vous êtes apte à voyager en suisse et à l'étranger (environ 20% de votre temps).
