Aufgaben
Als Customer Service Industry stehst du in regem Kontakt zu unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich Industrie und Gewerbe aus der Deutsch
- und Westschweiz. Du gibst fachkundige Auskunft über unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen, erfasst Bestellungen, erstellst Offerten und betreust die Kunden in deinem Gebiet selbstständig. Im Zuge unserer digitalen Initiativen berätst Du unsere Kunden vor allem zu unserer Dienstleistung HARTMANN easy und weiteren digitalen Lösungen, erkennst Verkaufschancen und versuchst durch Cross-Selling Umsatz zu generieren. Zudem unterstützt Du aus dem Backoffice die Verkaufsberater/innen im Aussendienst bei der Organisation und Koordination im Tagesgeschäft sowie beim Versand von Mustern und Produktinformationen.
Qualifikation
- KV- oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mind. 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst, Erfahrungen im Sales (z. B. Cross-Selling) von Vorteil
- Stilsichere Deutsch
- und Französischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Themen und Anwendungen (MS Office, SAP, CRM, Live-Chats, Webshops,)
- Wenn es hektisch wird, bist du der Ruhepol und arbeitest mit deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe selbständig und exakt.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und immer darauf aus, dienstleistungs
- bzw. kundenorientiert zu handeln.
