Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.

Your team
- You will work in Asset Management, one of the leading investment managers in the world. We are a largescale company which is well diversified across regions, capabilities and distribution channels. Out of the US, we manage one of the largest fund of hedge fund and real estate businesses in the world. We are also one of the major traditional fund houses in Europe and through our home bias, one of the most important financial institutions in Switzerland. Last but not least we have a longstanding commitment and strongly growing presence in APAC, which predates many of our peers. You will immediately be part of the team, working with our experts and learning about the investments industry, our clients, our fi rm. You will have indepth rotations in specific areas but keep the big picture throughout your training. You will have plenty of opportunities to develop, both intellectually and in terms of skills. You will have a unique opportunity to create a solid network within Asset Management, which will strongly benefit your future progression and growth. Your expertise
- You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree
- Preferred:
