To do so, we produce a patented admixture and a binder that can be used to turn excavation and construction waste into sustainable building materials.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• You develop, set up and manage the processes and data for financial analysis and forecast
• You define the financial structure and system that reflect Oxara business and foundation
• You coordinate and support external experienced financial consultant
• You support the development of short

- and long-term financial strategy in collaboration with the board

• You define clear financial KPI and financial metric for business growth;
• You oversee and support the company accounting
• You monitor cash flow, balance sheet, financial statement and derive strategies to control expenses
• You advice in the acquisition of partners and key customers
• You take part in defining business and financial strategy
• You support in the fundraising with investors acquisitions and management

Requirements:

• You have a sound financial and technical background and ideally have worked in a startup
• You speak fluently German and English
• You have 3+ years experience with accounting, cash flow and budget management
• You have excellent management skills
• You have a positive influence in your team, are friendly to work with and creative
• You are always willing to lend a hand to the team when needed
