Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers and integrators in the Microsoft Modern-Work, Cloud, and Security field
  • Close collaboration with Infinigate Cloud Team (UK) and the Infinigate Sales and BDM Team (CH) as the contact person for project and special requests to provide excellent customer support
  • Advising existing Microsoft partners and integrators in D-CH & W-CH
  • Acquiring new partners and ensuring continuous growth in the Microsoft CSP area
  • Proactively reaching out to potential new customers
  • Providing professional support to our partners in close collaboration with Microsoft and our specialized Microsoft Focus Team (CH/UK)
  • Supporting and organizing marketing activities, customer events, and training sessions
  • Central point of contact for the Sales Team of Infinigate Switzerland regarding Microsoft CSP topics

Profile

  • Proactive individual with solid experience in the ICT field and in-depth knowledge of IP technologies, IT security solutions, and cloud services
  • Ability to engage and convince decision-makers at all levels of the hierarchy
  • Dynamic individual with business acumen who can create complex offers and contracts
  • Completed commercial or ICT basic education with additional qualifications in marketing, sales, or business management
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft solutions range and outstanding sales skills
  • Willingness to obtain Microsoft certifications
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Switzerland to visit our partners on-site
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English (both oral and written), knowledge of French (both oral and written) is advantageous
  • High level of initiative, independence, punctuality, and strong organizational skills
