Job Purpose/Overview
Central to this role is defining the product roadmap and developing technologies within Aerospacelab, requiring a strategic blend of innovative tech adoption and market knowledge.

The incumbent will manage complex tech integrations, aligning projects with Aerospacelab's vision of operational excellence and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Telecommunication Leadership: Drive Aerospacelab's telecom initiatives, integrating advanced technologies strategically. Lead key projects to align with the company's strategy.

Strategic Project Management: Establish robust management frameworks for tech projects, balancing innovation and operational efficiency. Maintain visibility into project progress, challenges, and successes.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing Telecom product line aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set technology standards and implementation roadmaps.
• Plan project rollouts emphasizing risk management and effective implementation.

Intersegment Collaboration: Collaborate across teams, integrating insights and sharing best practices for technological efficacy.

Customer Oversight and External Partnership: Serve as the primary communication contact for Engineering team customers. Guide external partners to align with Aerospacelab's needs and strategic goals.

Enterprise Technology Delivery: Provide oversight to teams like Supply Chain Development, Sales Operations, and Manufacturing, improving structuring methods.

Profile
Experienced tech executive with a global team leadership track record, focusing on product innovation, customer capture, and program execution.

Experience in space industry and government/defense necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:
CHF80, CHF300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 Hour Shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Lausanne, VD: Relocate before starting work (required)
