- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Management/ Engineering or related areas (completed or ongoing)
- Problem solving and outofthebox thinking
- Organized and structured
- Results oriented and pragmatic
- Good communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with management
- Motivated and passionate with an interest in industrial and technology sectors
- Fluent in English, German language skills preferred
- Handson and down to earth
