About This Role:


We are looking for a top-performing Senior Account Executive who can use his/her curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and expand our existing end-user enterprise client base in French-speaking Switzerland.

This role will maintain an installed base and dedicate considerable time to prospecting new buying groups within existing and prospective accounts for up-sell, growth and new acquisition growth.


This role entails meeting monthly and quarterly quota and retaining clients, building a territory, and working in a hybrid new business/account management over time.


For qualified prospects, the Senior Account Executive must conduct a needs analysis and demonstrate the value of Forrester to potential clients by addressing critical business issues.


Job Description:

  • Achieve a mix of Renewal & New Business sales quota in the assigned territory.
  • Prospect and close appropriate accounts from a target account list
  • Postacquisition, retain and develop the relationships with these accounts for renewal and growth.
  • Sell Forrester's full suite of services to VP and Csuitelevel influencers and buyers within the target enterprise accounts' IT/Technology, Marketing, CX, Digital, Sales, and Product organizations
  • Produce and be accountable for accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Understand the changing business and technology issues and needs that our current and potential enterprise clients face.
  • Work with Forrester's global ecosystem (research, consulting, etc) to identify bestfit value propositions for current and prospect clients.
  • Develop a complete understanding of Forrester's full suite of services, with an emphasis on business outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and selling to primarily €1B+ companies.
  • Proven experience in developing new business, achieving revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.
  • Ten or more years of proven experience in successful B2B sales to Clevel executives in major enduser companies.
  • Proven experience in working and collaborating across different internal teams and resources to ensure cohesive approach to client management and proposing solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, both in French and English
  • Team player with strong business acumen; ability to align client business objectives with Forrester solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to make cold calls and book meetings.
  • Structured approach and execution mindset.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel.
