  • What you do
  • Directly manage a team of Customer Relation Managers and laterally lead a crossfunctional team of Product Management, Engineering, IT and Logistics to develop predictive services.
  • Responsibility for building and maintaining positive relationship with Operators
  • Review data collected from aircraft to identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with clients' maintenance teams to provide recommendations and support for proactive maintenance activities
  • Handle leadership administration tasks such as yearly staff reviews & objective settings, running team meetings and recruitment activities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • What you bring
  • Broad aerospace background, preferably with experience in both technical and commercial areas
  • Leadership experience and project management experience with interdisciplinary teams is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Proficiency with IT Tools (Microsoft, SAP, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Fluent English language skills are required, proficiency in German is considered advantageous
  • Although based in Stans, willingness to travel occasionally and to be flexible in working time
