Ihre Aufgaben:

  • erste Anlaufstelle für alle Kundenbelange im globalen Umfeld
  • Angebotserstellung und -verfolgung
  • Auftragseingabe in ein ERP-System
  • Auftragsbestätigung mit Liefertermin an Kunden versenden
  • Liefertermine überwachen und Terminverschiebungen kommunizieren
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Stellen, z.B. Product Manager, Sales Engineer,
    Produktionsplanung, Versand
  • enge Kooperation mit dem Kunden und internen Schnittstellen bezgl. Angebote, Mengen,
    Termine, Produkte, Preise, Versandbedingungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice Innendienst mit globaler Kundschaft
    in einem industriellen Umfeld, Grundausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Gute EDV-Anwender-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (von Vorteil SAP)
  • sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
