**Tu contribueras à faire de nos camps une expérience incroyable pour les enfants, à savoir..**:

- Assister le Head Teacher dans la transmission des connaissances aux enfants.
- Fournir une assistance individuelle aux enfants participant aux camps.
- Soutenir les enfants moins rapides que les autres, pour qu'ils puissent suivre le cours.
- Veiller à ce que l'atmosphère du cours soit agréable et que les échanges soient respectueux.

**Que dois-tu savoir en termes de connaissances pour devenir Assistant-Teachers chez CodeCamp?**
- Des connaissances en programmation ne sont PAS NÉCESSAIRES avant de commencer en tant qu'assistant.e enseignant.e La programmation dans les CodeCamps est à un niveau relativement bas. Pour la plupart des enfants, c'est la première fois qu'ils y sont confrontés. Nous attendons cependant de toi que tu consacres 3 à 4 heures de ton temps pour te familiariser une première fois avec le plan des leçons de CodeCamp.

**Ce que tu peux attendre de notre part**:

- Des missions planifiables en fonction de tes disponibilités (les camps ont typiquement lieu pendant les vacances scolaires).
- Une rémunération équitable sur la base de tes heures effectuées pendant les camps.
- Un forfait de déplacement en fonction du lieu du camp.
- Une possibilité de t'investir dans une start-up et de grandir avec elle

**Ce que nous attendons de ta part**:

- Une attitude dynamique, aussi lors de turbulences pendant les camps
- De l'enthousiasme pour travailler avec les enfants
- Une maturité personnelle et un sens de responsabilité. En travaillant avec des enfants, il faut toujours s'attendre à l'inattendu. Tu seras responsable de la sécurité et du bien-être des enfants. Ton empathie et ton bon sens sont donc très importants.
- Du plaisir à travailler en équipe et le sens de l'initiative
- Maitrise de la langue française et anglaise
