Your tasks will comprise a wide range of quality assurance methods, required in
product development process and/or in
serial production to assure the customer satisfaction of our high-end products on the global market.
These quality assurance methods include activities like inspection planning, measurement concepts, risk management, supplier qualification, training of people, sample inspection, statistical analysis and corrective & preventive actions, in order to qualify both internal as well as external production processes and to guarantee constant high quality.
You will also be responsible for supplier management by conducting process audits. Furthermore, you will be involved to support our global manufacturing network.CAREER - We want your thirst to learn, courage to challenge and desire to improve things, including yourself.

- University degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or in Material Science
- Experience with quality tools like FMEA, 8D, CIP, A3, audits, SPC and Six Sigma is a clear benefit
- Strong communication skills in English & German, combined with respectful cooperation with diverse people
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, positive mindset
- High learning agility and interest to understand the business and the "big picture"
- Negotiation and presentation skills in challenging environment
- Work experience in international project environment is a great benefit
