Description:

As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia.

We provide a complete range of private banking products and services, including a variety of investment management and advisory mandates, tailored to our clients's specific requirements, objectives and risk profiles.

Mission:


This is a unique 12 months program, based on a permanent contract, in our Geneva Middle East Market Team offering a recent graduate to acquire targeted professional skills and practical experience in the Wealth Management industry.


Challenges:

  • This specific program contains various rotations in different teams, all of them in high interaction with Wealth Management and allowing to build an extensive internal network of colleagues and experts.
  • Your training program is offered with the option of obtaining a CFA level or similar.
  • This program comes along with a permanent contract and represents the ideal foundation for a successful career start in Wealth Management.

Main responsibilities:

I.
Client Relationships and Marketing**Working along and with the guidance of the relationship managers and experts in your team, e.g.

Investment Advisors, Wealth Planning and Credit experts, you will be able to learn:

  • How to initiate, develop and cultivate relationships with clients
  • How to respond to clients' and prospect's needs with investments proposals
  • How to ensure that contractual documents and supporting paperwork are uptodate and signed
- how to comply with the Bank's internal directives, taking into account the client's profile and the different types of transactions

II. Wealth Management Support**You will closely work with the Wealth Management Support Team:
  • Follow up on and execute administrative tasks
  • account paperwork, transaction executions, discretionary management and advisory mandate processing, and client query responses
  • Ensure clients' transactions/instructions/requests (stock market orders, transfers, tax report requests, product information, etc.) are executed/addressed correctly and swiftly
  • Provide administrative support to the relationship manager(s) by preparing visits and trips, filing client data and documents, and checking that clients' investments are consistent with their risk profiles
  • Carry out firstlevel checks as per internal directives, where applicable, and escalate transactions or situations putting the Bank at risk, to the line manager

III. Compliance with regulations and internal directives**- Participate to the Bank's various compulsory training sessions

Education:

  • Education: Master Degree
  • Certification: Master's degree at a highliy recognised university
  • IT Tools: Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment

Experience:

  • Years of experience: 03 : beginner
  • Experience required: Maximum 6 months' professional experience
  • Experience in private banking: Optional

Language:

  • English: Fluent (Any other language skills would be an asset.)

  • Swiss resident: Mandatory
