About the Job:
- Provide expert legal advice and support on regulatory matters
- Advise on corporate legal issues such as contract negotiations and M&A activities
- Handle employment law matters including contracts and dispute resolutions
- Address legal challenges across departments to minimize risks
- Support product-related legal activities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure legal compliance
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Manage relationships with legal counsel and advisors
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Stay updated on legal developments in the banking sector
- Support and mentor junior team members
About the Ideal Candidate:
- 5 to 7 years of banking sector experience in legal and compliance
- Deep knowledge of banking regulatory requirements
- Understanding of corporate legal matters and employment law
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in German and English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
