Sustainability Reporting Specialist

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As part of the ESG Reporting team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sustainability reporting platform. You will be responsible for defining and implementing reporting requirements, as well as coordinating the global rollout initiatives at Schindler.
Some of your exciting challenges include:
Leading the sustainability reporting implementation to ensure globally consistent reporting requirements and seamless platform transitions with stakeholders. Defining business requirements, gathering input from cross-functional teams, and designing tailored reporting structures for various departments and stakeholders. Establishing and improving data collection, consolidation, and quality processes, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sustainability progress. Creating tailored reports and dashboards for senior leadership to enhance sustainability steering and supporting the adoption of new reporting requirements (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, ISSB). Developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing technical support to enable effective use and optimization of the new sustainability reporting tool. Your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail. Your effective communication and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. You are self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized, with the cultural sensitivity and creativity needed to excel in an international matrix organization.
Further requirements may include:
Master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, IT, or related field. Proven experience leading software/tool migration projects, ideally in sustainability or environmental sectors. Extensive experience in sustainability reporting, regulatory requirements, and reporting tools. Strong understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, ISSB, GRI, CDP) and sustainability software platforms and data management systems. Skilled in developing reporting processes, implementing data validation, and automating processes. Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and stakeholders globally. Proficiency in English and GermanWe Elevate... You
