POSITION OVERVIEW
Bcomp Ltd. is a young and dynamic Swiss company specialised in the development, marketing and

the sports industry, we are now focusing on establishing ourselves in the mobility market. We develop

sustainable lightweighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers,

in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment.

To lead its existing HR team of two people, Bcomp is looking for an HR Business Partner.

The function oversees the overall strategic direction, planning, coordination, administration and evalu
- ation of the HR department. You are accountable for developing and ensuring effective implementa
- tion of plans, systems, policies and processes for workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent man
- agement and development, employee engagement, labour law compliance and recordkeeping, em
- ployee relations, total rewards (compensation and benefits), and payroll. This position requires a true

strategic business partner who is collaborative and successful in building consensus and commit
- ment towards shared outcomes.

The HR Business Partner reports directly to the CEO of the company, has periodic exposure to the

nomination and remuneration committee of the Board of Directors and is part of the extended man
- agement team.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and drive an HR and talent management strategy to enable the strategy
execution and facilitate the growth path of the company.

  • Plan the future workforce together with functional heads to scale the business in Switzerland
and abroad.

  • Create processes and systems to attract talent and oversee recruitment efforts to ensure that
way.

  • Participate in company decisionmaking processes and partner with leadership in daily HR
matters.

  • Be instrumental in maintaining high level of employee engagement and contribute to staff and
leadership development.

  • Design and implement a competitive compensation system and benefit package.
  • Inspire and supervise the HR Generalist and the HR Assistant in their daytoday activities
along the employee lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Extensive experience in scalingup a team within a relatively short period of time
  • Federal diploma Director of HR / Brevet HR or equivalent university education
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR compliance matters
  • Strategic mindset to provide thoughtful, progressive and strategic guidance to the manage

- ment team
  • Experience implementing strategies along the employee lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English is a must and French or German is a welcome advantage
  • Positive and energetic mindset everything is possible
