- Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting educators in NE-FR institutional mandates in terms of methodology and teaching, mostly French teachers
- Recruiting and onboarding educators
- Designing and offering internal continuing education for educators
- Ensuring teaching quality in line with institutional mandates, eduQua, and École club requirements
- Collaborating with the mandate manager and participating in institutional mandate sessions as needed
- Your Qualifications:
- Federal Diploma
- Federal diploma for adult educators FFA or equivalent adult educational training
- Several years of experience
- In the field of education with good knowledge of the Swiss educational system
- French (fluent)
- German (good knowledge)
- English (an asset)
- Teaching experience, preferably in French
- Open, flexible, and independent personality with strong methodological skills and teamwork spirit
- Preferably experience in personnel recruitment/development
