To excel in this role, you bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Training and experience: You possess formal training and practical experience in visual merchandising or 3D polydesign, allowing you to skillfully leverage your commercial and visual expertise.
  • Software proficiency: A solid understanding of design software such as Revit or AutoCAD is essential for planning and presenting projects professionally.
  • Physical fitness and stress resilience: Your good physical condition and stress resistance enable you to work effortlessly and with enthusiasm, even when handling heavy products and exhibition shelves.
  • Language proficiency: Good knowledge in English (and readyness to learn French) is necessary for effective communication with colleagues and understanding our specific manuals.
  • Team spirit and communication skills: Your teamwork mindset, proactive approach, open communication, and friendly character contribute to a positive work environment.

Your responsibilities

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring product presentations: Propose inspiring display solutions tailored to the customer's needs, using a strategical commercial and estethical approach.
  • Showcasing IKEA's Uniqueness: Highlight the uniqueness of the IKEA product rangevthrough your expertise in visual merchandising and product presentation. Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other partners to create an appealing customer experience.
  • Optimizing Store Layout: Utilize the store layout as a commercial tool, facilitating the purchasing process and ensuring an optimal visual and commercial impact.
