Job Description

Xundheitszentrum is a competent and reliable partner for your health and part of a well-established network of medical practices under the Swiss Medical Network umbrella.
Located in the breathtaking tourism area of the Jungfrau Region at 1200 meters above sea level, we offer a comprehensive range of medical services for local and international patients of all ages at our Xundheitszentrum Wengen.
Our experienced team ensures not only general medical care but also complete primary care for winter and summer sports injuries.

We are currently seeking a Medical Practice Assistant to replace the current position holder, to start immediately or at a later date.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks
  • Assistance in minor surgical procedures, infusion therapies, and emergency treatments
  • Full digital X-ray, laboratory work, EKG, long-term EKG, spirometry, cast application, etc.
  • Management of pharmacy and materials
  • Co-supervision of our MPA trainees
  • On-call duty during the winter season

Qualifications

  • Completed apprenticeship as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
  • Patient-oriented, flexible, and resilient mindset
  • Enjoyment of both clinical and administrative tasks
  • Good PC skills
  • Certificate in vocational training or willingness to obtain one will be an advantage
  • Additional certification in dose-intensive X-ray is a plus
  • Foreign language skills are beneficial
  • Enthusiasm for the picturesque mountain region and nature
