Product Technology Manager, Shopping Apis

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, APIs, or Unix.
  • 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience with databases and coding in either Java or Python.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience working with the eCommerce or advertising industry.
  • Experience identifying business needs, defining and building technical solutions to address business requirements in a startup environment.
  • Experience planning for and managing several largescale, complex technical projects, coordinating crossfunctional project members to deliver quality results within the project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the technical aspects of a customer/partner's integration (both new and ongoing) by providing technical guidance and necessary documentation.
  • Work with Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to define and prioritize new product features and tools requests required to improve processes and performance.
  • Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
  • Develop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner implementation, and improve operational scaling and product serviceability with Engineering.
