Procimmo SA est un gestionnaire de placement collectif de capitaux au sens de la Loi fédérale sur les placements collectifs de capitaux (LPCC) dûment approuvé par l'autorité fédérale de surveillance des marchés financiers (FINMA). Nous employons environ 50 collaborateurs sur nos sites de Renens, Genève et Zurich - et gérons un portefeuille immobilier de 4 milliards de francs répartis sur cinq fonds immobiliers et un compartiment d'une fondation de placement.

Senior Legal and Compliance OfficerDans cette fonction polyvalente et pluridisciplinaire, vous devez, rédiger des documents contractuels, fournir des analyses ainsi que des mémoires internes dans le domaine immobilier. Vous soutenez les équipes de transactions dans les due diligence immobilière et préparer les actes juridiques correspondants. Vous êtes régulièrement en contacts avec les notaires, les avocats et les autorités. Vous vous occupez de la gestion de la documentation juridique liée aux différents bâtiments (servitudes, cédules hypothécaires, mentions). Vous vous occupez également de la gestion juridique des projets de développement en rédigeant les actes correspondants (contrats EG, planification, architecte). Vous traitez et coordonnez également différents cas en matière d'aménagement du territoire. Vous apportez votre soutien juridique aux équipes de gestion dans la résolution de conflits et vous suivez les litiges immobiliers.
En tant que Senior Legal & Compliance Officervous êtes le point principal de contact des équipes de gestion dans le domaine du droit immobilier. Vous discutez des stratégies à adopter en fonction des cas à traiter et vous définissez un plan d'action.
EXIGENCE- Formation supérieure juridique complétée par une formation continue dans le domaine de la compliance, règlementation des marchés financiers (CAS)
- Expérience professionnelle minimum 8 ans au sein d'une étude d'avocat ou comme in-house lawyer dans un institut financier
- Vous êtes polyvalent et prêt à travailler dans un domaine pluridisciplinaire
- Vous connaissez la réglementation des marchés financiers et êtes familier avec les lois applicables (LEFIN, LSFIN, LPCC, OPCC etc.)
- Une excellente capacité d'analyse et d'organisation
- Vous êtes ambitieux et à la recherche d'autonomie dans votre travail
- Le monde immobilier et le droit des marchés financiers vous intéressent
- A l'aise avec les outils informatiques MS Office 365.
- Un poste stimulent et varié sans avoir la pression de la facturation des heures au client
- Une étroite collaboration avec les équipes en interne (portfolio managers, fund managers, département architectures et construction, etc.) dans un environnement de travail pluridisciplinaire
- La possibilité de pouvoir mandater des spécialistes dans divers domaines du droit et de définir les stratégies à adopter selon les dossiers
- La faculté de pouvoir être la personne de contact auprès des autorités et de représenter la société
- Un travail dynamique et atypique qui n'exige pas la rédaction répétitive d'écriture juridique
