Join our team as a Quantitative Finance Specialist (ALM) at coni + partner, a well-established consulting firm founded in 1993 with headquarters in Zurich and branches in Düsseldorf and Shanghai.

Our client is a bank in Zurich, and we are looking for an ALM Specialist (m/f/d) to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Risk Management
  • Calculation of Liquidity Coverage Ratios (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratios (NSFR)
  • Monitoring of the bank's book and products
  • Analysis of interest rate risk, interest income, and liquidity
  • Development of recommendations for planning and optimizing interest income and risk management
  • IFRS asset and P & L analysis
  • Understanding of Basel III/IV capital and liquidity requirements
  • Data processing and project participation
  • Governance structure development and interface control with IT systems
  • Manual maintenance, concept development, and training
  • Ad hoc project management
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics, or Economics
  • Additional finance certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CPA are a plus
  • ALM expertise with Basel III/IV knowledge
  • Knowledge of investment products
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Structured work approach with high motivation and initiative
  • Team player with reliability and integrity
  • Ability to handle pressure and be assertive
  • Innovative mindset and presentation skills
  • Interest in programming and tool utilization
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel), fluency in German and English
