The mission of Kepler Cheuvreux's Internal Audit Department is to independently and objectively assess the level of risk, the effectiveness of internal processes, and the control system of the activities conducted by the company and its subsidiaries.

Through its missions, this department ensures the "periodic" control of Kepler Cheuvreux.

The auditor will be in charge of carrying out the missions provided for in the audit plan in collaboration with one or more auditors.

YOUR TASKS:

The intern will be in charge of the following:

  • In collaboration with the audit team, design and formalize a working program for each audit assignment;
  • Participate in the execution of internal audit assignments (information analysis, documentation of audit findings, and writing the audit report);
  • Assess control framework efficiency;
  • Communicate audit conclusions;
  • Promote a culture of internal control within the Company;
  • Maintain strong interactions with business lines and monitor their development in order to identify key risk areas and undertake adequate review during audit assignments;
  • Ensure the followup of internal/external audit action plans and recommendations.
An important interaction with the other department will take place in the daily work-frame.

Kepler Cheuvreux group has multiple entities abroad, the person will work in an international context and must be fluent in English.


YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

  • Be at the end of your degree course (
    endofstudy internship only) in Audit or Finance;
  • Knowledge of the financial regulatory environment or/and financial products (equities, rates, derivatives and structured products) would be a plus;
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);

Excellent writing skills with the ability to analyze and summarize;

  • Rigor, organizational skills, respect for confidentiality, adaptability, reactivity, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team;

Fluency in English.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
