Your Mission- Finalizing legal documents like sponsoring contracts, proxies, NDAs, etc.
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting teammates from other departments with queries about rental law, purchasing law, intellectual property law, contract terminations, and more
- Addressing corporate law matters, including commercial register applications
- Managing administrative tasks such as digital signatures, contract filing, and coordination with external legal entities
- Providing support on various legal topics
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a Master of Law from a Swiss university
- Solid understanding of civil law
- Fluency in English and either German or French as a native language
- Excellent organizational skills and adept at task management
- Resilient, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing tasks and priorities
- Passionate about practical application of legal theory
- Excellent communication abilities
- Located in Lausanne, Bern, or Zurich regions
