Your responsibilities:

• Install and configure user workstations with necessary software.
• Create and update installation images.
• Perform application packaging.
• Update technical equipment.
• Connect workstations and devices to the network.
• Provide specialized support and diagnose failures.
• Offer telephone support to users.
• Document interventions and write work reports.

Your skills:

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent diploma.
• Fluency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language. Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
• Experience in application packaging.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment.
• Experience with Citrix XenApp.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM ticketing tool.
• Minimum of three years experience in first or second level IT support.
• Experience in applying ITIL best practices.
