This position is based in our Swiss HQ in Mendrisio, Switzerland, just 7km over the border from Como, Italy.

Mendrisio is easily commutable from Milan, Como, Varese or Lugano.

We're looking for a
Finance Coordinator **who will support the Finance Team and the CFO in handling a variety of activities and processes for the Swiss and US entities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Finance Team on accounting activities, prepare finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports
• Work with our accounting firm to provide cohesive and accurate bookkeeping processes to enable them to provide quality services for Cloud Academy
• Monitor banking transactions, conduct bank reconciliations and provide support on the preparation of the monthly treasury reporting package
• Support the monthend closing activities
• Manage account payables and receivables activities
• Assist in managing credit and collection activities
• Help optimize the overall finance operations and processes in terms of accounting and reporting.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance team, preferably at an international company
• A selfstarter, able to work effectively on projects and process improvements under tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Curious and enthusiastic, not afraid to ask questions
• A great communicator who can build strong working relationships with external advisors and internal teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in order to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• You are very comfortable in communicating in English, both written and spoken
