Der Steuerabteilung besteht aus 8 hochmotivierten Spezialisten, die unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie den Vorgaben der AXA Gruppe für eine möglichst tiefe Steuerbelastung sorgen.
Ebenfalls in die Verantwortung dieses Teams gehört die fristgerechte und korrekte Steuerberechnung für alle AXA Gesellschaften der Schweiz, sowohl aufgrund es lokalen Abschlusses wie auch für den konsolidierten Abschluss der AXA Gruppe.

**Direkte und Indirekte Steuern**:
- Verantwortlich für die Stempelabgaben und Mehrwertsteuer Prozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung des OECD Mindestbesteuerungsstandards
- Unterstützung für die Steuerdeklaration der direkten Steuern verschiedener Schweizer Gesellschaften der AXA Gruppe
- Verfassen von Rulings und Einsprachen diverser Steuerthematiken im Bereich der direkten Steuern
- Ansprechperson in Steuerfragen für das Business, Asset Management und HR
- Mitarbeit in steuer
- und fachbereichsübergreifenden und Digitalisierungsprojekten
**Tax Accounting**:
- Unterstützung bei den quartalsmässigen IFRS Abschlüssen und Forecasts
- Unterstützung bei AIA, FATCA Reporting sowie anstehender Projekte nach Bedarf
Deine Fähigkeiten und Talente
- Abschluss als diplomierte/r Steuerexperte/-in oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung im Steuerwesen und oder die Absicht solch eine Ausbildung zu absolvieren
- Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Erfahrung im IFRS von Vorteil
- Fachkenntnisse in AIA und FATCA von Vorteil
- Zahlenaffinität
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Freude Verantwortung zu übernehmen
