Are you passionate about the financial world? For our Senior Advisor Circle (SAC) desk focusing on Swiss domiciled private clients, we are looking for a highly motivated and engaged Relationship Manager Assistant.

What would your role be?

  • Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client's needs in first place.
  • Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client's accounts (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
  • Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
  • Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organisation of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
  • Ensure the smooth openings and closings of accounts.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 10+ years of experience as an Assistant in the Wealth Management industry
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
  • Fluency in German and English and effective communication skills.
  • A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
  • Good understanding of financial products and markets.
  • Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
