Teamleader Supply Chain Management

Ihre Aufgaben, Verantwortung:

- Festlegen von Parametern für die Bedarfsprognose und den Nachschub (Customer Service Levels, MOV's, Leadtime, Frequency usw.)
- Erstellen von Bestellungen
- Delivery-Follow-Up inkl. Überprüfung der bestätigten Liefertermine für Bestellungen
- Durchführung der Bestandsplanung, Verwaltung der zugehörigen Parameter und Bestandsrichtlinien innerhalb der vom SI&OP Manager CH zugewiesenen Ziele, um die Produktverfügbarkeit in den Lagern sicherzustellen
- Durchführung von statistischen Analysen der Bestands
- und Replenishment-Daten, um diese zu optimieren und einen angemessenen Lagerbestand unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzten Parameter (MOQs, frequencies) sicherzustellen
- Überwachen der KPIs der Lieferkette und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen, Schwachstellen und kritischen Situationen, die behoben werden müssen
- Überwachung von Abschreibung und ergreifen von Massnahmen, um Sie zu beseitigen
- Schätzung des künftigen Produktbedarfs unter Nutzung von Analysen, Marketing
- und Verkaufsdaten sowie Erkenntnissen des Produktmanagements über Markttrends
- Festlegen von Prognoseparametern und gezielter Dateneingabe für Trends, Saisonalität, neue Artikel und Werbeaktionen.
- Planen und Ausführen von Lieferantenbestellungen und Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung und Behebung von Ausnahmen, die vom Planungs-/ERP-System aufgezeigt werden (Auftragsprüfung, Auftragserteilung, Auftragsbestätigung, Aktualisierung der erwarteten Liefertermine)
- Verwaltung von ASN-Daten
- Verwaltung von Expediting/De-Expediting je nach Rückstand und spezifischen Engpässen, die innerhalb des Planungszyklus und der Leadtime auftreten können
- Berechnung von Service Level Agreements (SLA) und deren Meldung an die Lieferanten (einschließlich Entschädigungen)
- Führung, Qualifikation und Weiterbildung den unterstellten Mitarbeitenden
- Hauptverantwortung im Supply Chain bei Projekten

Ihr Profil:

- Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlichem Studium mit Aus
- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Supply Chain Management
- Erfahrung in Führungsposition von Vorteil
- Verständnis der erweiterten IAM-Lieferkette einschließlich der Abläufe bei den Lieferanten von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Techniken und Instrumenten der Bestandsplanung
- Erfahrung mit dem Prozess der Absatz
- und Betriebsplanung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- IT-Kenntnisse: SQL / MS Access von Vorteil
