Wir suchen für unsere Kundin, eine in der Vorsorge spezialisierte Versicherung, einen Business Analysten im 100% Arbeitspensum mit mindestens fünfjähriger Erfahrung im Requirement Engineering.

Ihre Aufgaben

Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team verantworten Sie die Business Analyse und das Requirement Engineering für diverse Systeme, mit dem Fokus auf Vertragsverwaltungssystem und Kundendokumente der Einzelversicherung. Durch die Betreuung des gesamten Requirement Engineering-Prozesses, angefangen bei der Kontext- und Prozessanalyse über die UseCase Modellierung & das UI-Design bis hin zum Testing können Sie mit Ihren Ideen und Einflüssen zu einer grossartigen User Experience beitragen Mit Ihrem Einsatz unterstützen Sie uns dabei, unser Unternehmen für die zukünftigen Herausforderungen in der Kundenberatung und Kundenbetreuung zu rüsten

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungssektor und umfassende Kenntnisse in der privaten Vorsorge, insbesondere in der (Einzel-) Lebensversicherung, deren Geschäftsprozessen und dem Produkt- und Fondsbereich, zusätzliche Kenntnisse der rechtlichen Grundlagen und Steuern im Privatkundenbereich sowie SAP sind von Vorteil Sie konnten in Ihren bisherigen Funktionen bereits breite Erfahrungen im Requirement Engineering in einem agilen Umfeld sammelnSie sind eine neugierige Persönlichkeit, welche gerne die Initiative ergreift und eigene Ideen einbringt. Komplexes zu veranschaulichen und Kompliziertes einfach zu machen gehören zu Ihren Talenten Ihr Flair für User Experience, Freude an Kundenkontakt und Ihre methodischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus. Ein exaktes und strukturiertes Vorgehen ist Ihnen wichtig. Ihre guten Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab, jede weitere Landessprache sowie Englisch sind von Vorteil
