Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing the basic planning for the assigned property and a forward-looking staffing plan
  • Leading, qualifying, and motivating the assigned employees
  • Being the first point of contact for area management, the assigned customers or team
  • Defining and optimizing work processes, including updating job descriptions and instructions
  • Handling complaints, ensuring quality management for the assigned customers
  • Introducing and evaluating the assigned team, including setting goals

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in the security sector or a similar field, or as a store detective
  • Leadership experience (preferably in senior management)
  • In very good physical condition
  • Professional and exemplary appearance with a high level of social skills
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
  • Valid residence permit and a clean record (no entries in the debt collection and criminal register)
