The Givaudan Foundation is a non-profit organisation created by Givaudan in 2013 as a result of the Company's desire to reinforce its commitment towards the communities in which it operates.

Our mission is to make a difference within the communities where Givaudan sources and operates, and we focus our efforts on education, health and environment preservation.


We operate in two pillars:
Communities where Givaudan sources natural ingredients and Communities where Givaudan employees work.

Communication intern - 6 months (July-December 2023)

Your next role ?


As a
Communication intern, you will directly report to our
Senior Coordinator and you will join our
Fondation team in Vernier.

You will support the
Givaudan Foundation team in raising awareness internally and externally. As part of its 10 year anniversary campaign, communicating about its achievement, journey and future perspectives.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Create communication and audiovisual material as part of the 10-year anniversary journey of the Foundation (e.g. videos, interviews, infographics)
  • Collate information from Foundation's stakeholders (employees, partners) about their collaboration with the Foundation
  • Work with the relevant teams (Corporate communications, HR, Purpose Team) to get the campaign spread across relevant channels and reach targeted audience
  • Support in writing articles about the Foundation
  • Provide adhoc support in Foundation's operational task and projects

Your success profile includes:

  • Communication student (must be enrolled throughout the duration of the internship)
  • Interest in philanthropy, nonforprofit sector, corporate social responsibility
  • Graphic design (Adobe, InDesign etc) & video editing skills
  • Knowledge of Drupal 9 a plus
  • Fluent in French & English a must (spoken & written). Spanish and/or Portuguese and asset
  • Ability to work with very diverse stakeholders and across multiple countries
  • Creative and ability to think outside the box
  • Proactive and flexible
