Finance & Accounting Specialist (a) 80% - 100%
AufgabenIn dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Kontrolle und Berichterstattung der mo-natlichen und jährlichen Finanzabschlüsse (nach OR). Sie buchen und verwalten die täglichen Buchhaltungsaktivitäten des Hauptbuchs sowie der Nebenbücher. Für interne und externe Stake-holder (Abteilungen, Management, Vorstand und Fundraising/Partnerschaften) bereiten Sie Bud-gets, Finanzprognosen sowie Kosten- und Liquiditätsplanungen vor, überwachen diese und ent-wickeln sie zusammen mit externen Beratern IT-technisch (neues Reportingtool) weiter. Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen, um die Finanzstruktur und die jährli-chen Budgets zu bewerten, zu entwickeln und zu verwalten.
QualifikationSie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer zusätzlichen Weiter-bildung zum/r Fachmann/frau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis o.ä. Des Weiteren ist mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung zwingend, idealerweise in einem KMU oder im Treuhand. Eine betriebswirtschaftliche und unternehmerische Denkweise ist eine wichtige Eigenschaft. Sie sind belastbar und besitzen ein hohes Verantwortungs-/Qualitätsbe-wusstsein. Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, um effektiv in einem internationalen Umfeld zu kommunizieren. Fundierte Erfahrung mit Excel ist unerlässlich. Ausser-dem sollten Sie eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen haben und bringen gute Kenntnisse mit einer gängigen Buchhaltungssoftware mit (von Vorteil Abacus).
