Fulfilling Your Responsibilities

• Enhancing competencies in various areas such as general educational topics (ABU), German and German as a second language (DaZ), literacy, basics of mathematics, and ICT basics;
• Guiding incarcerated individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds on their individual educational paths;
• Adhering to quality standards;
• Expanding educational offerings, including in the digital realm;
• Collaborating with various stakeholders and participating in intercantonal meetings with other educators in the criminal justice system.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in secondary level 1 education or equivalent qualification;
• Minimum of 2-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in adult education, with corresponding methodological skills;
• Affinity for digital teaching methods;
• Strong communication skills;
• Significant social skills and the ability to inspire a passion for learning;
• Good knowledge of French.
