LCIS is a co-educational, English language based, day school that welcomes nearly 450 students between 3 and 18 years old.

Personal Assistant to the Principal
100% - from August 2023

As part of this position, you would have the following
responsibilities**:

  • Provide administrative support to the Principal
  • diary management, booking of appointments, arranging travel, proof reading, translations etc.
  • Support the general operations of the school data management, HR & schools' business functions where needed including the production and maintenance of the annual school calendar.
  • Act as a great ambassador for the school, often being the first point of contact, either face to face or online.
  • Taking minutes of Executive Team and parent meetings.
  • Supporting the Principal in producing presentations, internally and externally.
  • Liaising with Nord Anglia Education's regional and central office administration to ensure a smooth flow of information between the school and the company.
And we are looking for the following
qualifications and skills**:

  • Ability to communicate both in French and English is essential
  • Proactive and selfdriven person with a "can do" attitude
  • Rigorous, autonomous, discrete and exercises respect and strong professionalism towards confidential information
  • IT literacy
  • Ease with data management, typing and systems
  • Ability to adapt to the different needs of each department
  • Affinity with and interest in education
  • Clean criminal records and valid work permit
