For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual for the permanent position as

CRM/ BI Associate (M/F/d)


The goal of this role is to act as a business partner to internal clients in (predominantly) Consumers &Trade Marketing pillars and facilitate transitions into the technical side.

Responsible for the CRM/BI solution including the interface between ORACLE/SIEBEL and SAP. Support of different departments with KPI business reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Assurance of the data quality in CRM/BI; loading and validating trade, scanning, customer stock, vending, industry sales and ex-factory data in data cubes.


Your responsibilities:

  • Testing of different System upgrades and roll out within the Swiss market in the following areas:
  • CRM (SIEBEL SALES)
  • Business Intelligence (Power BI)
  • DB Systems (MS SQL) including SSIS packages
  • Communication of Sales Data using different channels and different mailings
  • Assistance of different departments with business analysis, with the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards and generation of adhoc analysis/ reports
  • Support in projects in the area of Business Processes through Power Apps or Power Automate like Key Account Projects, Stock management/warehouse handling and Optimization of the interface between Siebel and SAP
  • Assure daily business in the area of Siebel Sales and Power BI:
  • Handling the Sales Orders and processing the Daily Sales
  • Loading and validating trade, scanning, customer stock, industry sales, vending and exfactory data
  • Back up the supervisor and his tasks in case of absence
  • Maintenance of the user documentation

Your Profile, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or similar
  • Knowledge in Database-Systems (SQL) as well as CRM and Business Intelligent Solutions (Power BI)
  • 23 years of business background with some years of professional experience in an international company
  • Thorough knowledge of Business Intelligence / Business Objects and profound IT Skills (CRM, Data Management, Dashboard solutions, report generation, etc.).
  • Fluency in English, German and French are advantageous
  • Proactively solves problems, explores opportunities, and offers alternative solutions.
