YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support the Market Head Intermediaries Western CH & Americas in organizational and administrative tasks for smooth daily business operations, including finances, projects, presentations, and management;
  • Independently manage regular front-related business activities and administrative tasks;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Intermediaries Front Units;
  • Collaborate with Business Support of the Sub-Regions to establish relevant business data such as KPIs and financial follow-ups;
  • Aid in implementing projects and executing tasks for Intermediaries Western CH&Americas;
  • Coordinate with various bank departments and interface with internal stakeholders, particularly the Central Business Management team;
  • Conduct analyses and evaluations;
  • Meet ad-hoc business requirements and initiatives.

Professional and Technical Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field;
  • Possess extensive experience in Intermediaries Business or the Financial Industry;
  • Adhere to legal, compliance guidelines, internal rules, and industry regulations;
  • Have a good understanding of operational tools, front-end systems, and processes;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Fluency in French is a requirement; Very good command of spoken and written English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
