Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) ist eine private internationale Beratungs

Ab dem 1. November 2023 bis zum 31. Oktober 2024 bieten wir für erfolgreiche Absolventen/Absolventinnen eines Masterstudienganges ein spannendes, zweiteiliges Trainee Graduate Program Zürich / Pretoria an.

Der erste sechsmonatige Teil (1. November April 2024) des Programms bei Switzerland Global Enterprise in Zürich beinhaltet folgende Aufgaben:
Ihre Aufgaben
Unterstützung des Senior Director Global Consulting und dessen Team in sämtlichen Belangen im Tagesgeschäft und in konkreten laufenden Projekten
Projektbezogene Mitarbeit bei der Beratung von Schweizer KMU bei Internationalisierungsmandaten inklusive Führung der Kundengespräche, Kundenakquise, Projektorganisation und -planung und Briefing von externen Dienstleistern im Ausland (private Experten oder S-GE- Aussenstellen «Swiss Business Hubs»)
Unterstützung bei der Organisation von internen Schulungen und externen Kunden-/Partnerevents
Selbständige Durchführung von Marktrecherchen (Desk-Research)
Administrative Follow-Up Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Exportberatung
Vorbereitung auf den anschliessenden sechsmonatigen Aufenthalt im Swiss Business Hub Southern Africa in Pretoria
Ihr Profil

Im zweiten Teil des Programmes (1. Mai Oktober 2024) unterstützen Sie im Swiss Business Hub Southern Africa in Pretoria die Hubleiterin und das Team in folgenden Bereichen:
Unterstützung von Schweizer KMU (inkl. Startups) bei der Markterschliessung Afrika (Erstinformationen zum afrikanischen Markt, vertiefte Markrecherchen, Mitarbeit bei Einzelmandaten)
Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation grosser Infrastruktur-Projekte mit Potential für Schweizer Firmen
Unterstützung in der Event-Organisation
Erstellen von Berichten nach selbständiger Recherche und weitere hubspezifische Tätigkeiten
Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Delegationsreisen
