CQV Lead

Project Scope: Leader for CQV and CSV scope of Process Support at Stein, Aargau. The role involves overseeing a High Bay GMP warehouse encompassing cold and ambient temperature zones for a 1-year contract duration, with a high possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute and coordinate CQV activities in compliance with URS, Risk Assessments, and Verification Plans.
  • Develop and manage CQV timelines and essential deliverables.
  • Lead and supervise the designated C&Q team.
  • Collaborate with PM, Engineering, QA, and suppliers throughout design and construction phases.
  • Assess supplier documents and oversee service provider bidding processes.
  • Implement CQV strategies across the project lifecycle.
  • Carry out commissioning activities and testing with external vendors.
  • Maintain and report C&Q progress and lead coordination meetings.
  • Ensure alignment of execution with corporate CQV principles and HSE standards.
  • Engage in construction walk-downs and punch-listing for Mechanical Completion.
  • Serve as the Kneat Super User for document development and execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in CQV for related systems.
  • Proficiency in creating CQV lifecycle documents.
  • Familiarity with High Bay warehouse qualification, including ambient and 2-8 degree cold room.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in German preferred (though not mandatory).
  • Competence with cGMP standards and Kneat documentation tools.
