Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et proactive pour rejoindre notre équipe globalede développement durable en tant que Sustainability Specialist. En tant que membre de notre Sustainability Community, tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les divisions de tous nos marchés domestiques au sein de l'équipe globale et tu bénéficieras d'un solide réseau intersectoriel au sein d'Implenia. Ton lieu de travail sera notre site romand d'Onex, Genève.

Sustainability Specialist Onex - GenèveTes tâches
  • Ton domaine de spécialisation est la protection de l'environnement, la construction durable et la réduction des émissions de CO2 sur nos chantiers et nos sites.
  • Dans le cadre de projets de construction complexes, tu soutiens nos équipes de projet pour les enjeux en lien avec construction durable et la protection de l'environnement sur les chantiers.
  • Tu élabores des concepts de durabilité spécifiques aux offres pour nos clients
  • Tu travailles de manière proactive à la mise en œuvre et à la définition des objectifs de durabilité du groupe
  • Tu communiques activement avec les spécialistes Sustainability de nos divisions (Buildings, Civil Engineering, Specialties et Real Estate) dans les pays suivants : Suisse, Allemagne, France, Autriche, Suède, Norvège.
  • Tu favorises l'échange d'expériences et de connaissances en matière de durabilité et tu organises des formations internes.
Ce que tu apportes
  • Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire ou d'une haute école spécialisée dans le domaine de l'environnement, de l'énergie, du développement durable, de l'architecture, de la construction ou de l'ingénierie mécanique.
  • Tu as plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la protection de l'environnement sur les chantiers.
  • Tu as de l'expérience avec les labels énergétiques et de durabilité dans le domaine de la construction tels que SNBS, Minergie-A-P-ECO, SEED, DGNB, LEED, BREEAM, etc.
  • Tu possèdes de bonnes connaissances des lois, normes et réglementations environnementales suisses et européennes.
  • Tu as de l'expérience dans le calcul du bilan carbone et la mise en œuvre de mesures de réduction des émissions de CO2 et d'amélioration de l'efficacité énergétique
  • Tu vis l'approche coopérative et le plaisir de travailler en équipe Tu communiques de manière efficace et adaptée aux destinataires et tu possèdes de grandes compétences sociales, et une grande fiabilité.
  • Tu es orienté solutions, tu penses de manière analytique et tu es toujours ouvert à la nouveauté.
  • Tu as de très bonnes connaissances du français et de l'anglais, des connaissances de l'allemand sont un avantage.
