Nanny with Newborn Care Experience 20-35 Hours

A loving family residing in Rolle, Vaud is seeking a dynamic nanny to join their household.

With a lively 2.5-year-old daughter attending nursery on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and a newborn baby girl welcomed in April, they are looking for someone reliable, nurturing, and dedicated to childcare.


Position Type:
Part-time (20 hours) or Full-Time (35 hours) per week

Requirements:

Must have own car for transportation as public transportation is not accessible to the family home

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing attentive care to both children, including diaper changes, bottle preparation, engaging playtime, bath routines, and bedtime assistance
  • Assisting with household tasks related to childcare, such as light meal preparation for dinner when needed
  • Collaborating with the mother when she's present to pick up the eldest daughter from nursery
  • Flexibility to occasionally help on weekends
  • Willingness to walk the family's friendly Golden Retriever as needed

Schedule Options:
Part-Time: 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to Full-Time (35 hours)

Hours:
Primarily from 4 pm to 8 pm, with the potential for additional morning hours

Requirements:

  • EU or Swiss Passport or Swiss Permit
  • Written letters of recommendation that we can validate
  • At least 35 years of previous experience caring for newborns and toddlers
  • Warm, nurturing, and patient demeanor
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and needs
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation is required
  • Swimming skills
  • Must be comfortable around dogs
