Your responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically plan all social media platforms for the University of St. Gallen MBA program (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), focusing on identifying engaging storylines and creative concepts to drive measurable interaction from MBA candidates.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts for the MBA program, organizing in-person information sessions for potential applicants in key regions globally, such as Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, and more. Act as the primary ambassador for international recruitment, with the goal of attracting top candidates and filling the MBA classes.
  • Represent the MBA program at international recruitment events and conferences hosted by various organizations, addressing inquiries from prospective candidates regarding curriculum, career prospects, financing, and other relevant topics to drive enrollment. Aim to assess quality and convert interested attendees into applicants.
  • Review applications, verify documents, conduct interviews, and participate in admission decisions while safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive applicant information.
  • Utilize CRM to track and communicate with leads and applicants through various channels, aiming to achieve conversion targets and enroll high-quality students.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting for a Top 100 MBA program with tuition exceeding CHF 50,000.
  • Understanding of the educational landscape is essential.
  • At least 8 years of experience living and working in recruitment target regions (Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia) to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • 5 years of successful participation in international events and relationship building with clients.
  • 1-2 years of profound social media experience as a content creator, with a track record of attracting followers for an MBA program.
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment targets, handle pressure, and drive results.
