You will make an impact by:

• Animating, coaching and training the Boutique sales team in order for them to master the art of selling and allow them to achieve individual & collective targets by detecting new business opportunities
• Behaving as a Piaget Ambassador inside and outside the Boutique
• Having a strong people & client orientation in order to provide an unforeseen level of client service and a personalized client experience to always create a "woweffect"

Your exceptional skills we are looking for:

• You are people oriented and like to share your knowledge & experience to help your team members in their development
• You are business and resultsdriven and like to constantly challenge yourself and your team
• You possess a proven experience in sales and/or business development
• You have a strong experience in establishing and growing strong and loyal client relationships
• You have excellent communication skills, take initiatives and are pedagogue
• Elegance, audacity and excellence are part of your DNA
• You speak fluent English & German
