Your Responsibilities

• Proactively advise potential tenants on suitable rental offers
• Manage the digital re-rental process
• Engage directly with rental prospects
• Compose property advertisements (print and online)
• Select suitable rental applicants in collaboration with management
• Prepare property documentations and lease agreements
• Maintain project websites
• Assist in creating mandate proposals

Your Profile

• Hold a degree as EFZ Fachfrau:m​​ann Kundendialog or EFZ Kauffrau:m​​ann
• Have professional experience in direct customer service
• Digital-savvy with preferably knowledge of Salesforce
• Enjoy and have an interest in the topics of housing and real estate
• Native German speaker, proficient in English, and preferably have knowledge of other foreign languages
• Think and act in an entrepreneurial manner with pleasant interpersonal skills
