Currently, we are in need of reinforcement in our Central / Western Switzerland region, and we are searching for you, the customer-oriented individual, for the newly created role of

Field Sales Consultant (m/f)

Central / Western Switzerland Region (Bern, Fribourg, Valais, Vaud, and Geneva)

Here are your responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis in the Central / Western Switzerland region as a Field Sales Consultant. Manage an existing customer base, continuously develop it, and take charge of acquiring new customers successfully and sustainably. Identify potentials and customer needs, effectively present technical solutions, and contribute significantly as a brand ambassador to the advancement of AIGNEP AG and its market position – whether at the customer's location or occasionally at trade shows. Actively follow up on ongoing offers in collaboration with the inside sales team and bring them to closure. Your travel activity will be around 70-80%, and you will handle your administrative tasks from your home office. Once a month, you will participate in our sales meeting.

This is what we expect from you:

  • You are fluent in German or French with very good knowledge of the other language. You must have completed a technical training as a polymechanic, car mechanic, technical draftsman/designer, etc., and have several years of experience with direct customer contact and customer acquisition. As a success-driven, strong networker, you find it easy to establish new contacts and identify key customers successfully. Your sales flair, high self-motivation, reliability, and solution-oriented thinking and actions are attributes that distinguish you. Can you utilize the team's strengths, possess a healthy sense of humor, and act with foresight and persistence? Are you also residing in your new sales area? If so, we would be very interested in getting to know you personally.
